Please arrive to your appointment on time, If you are later than 15minutes unfortunately we will have to reschedule your appointment to another day. I understand that emergencies happen but please try to give at least 24hours notice to cancel your appointment so that I can offer your appointment to someone who may be waiting. If appointments are cancelled without 24hours notice then treatment price will still be charged & an upfront payment will be needed for your next appointment. If having lash treatments, Please arrive make up free & if you are booked in for infills please make sure your lashes are clean, dirty lashes mean I have to then clean them which leaves us less lashing time!  I want you to be completely happy with your treatment, if there is anything you're unhappy with please tell me before you leave or at least within 24hours so that I can put it right, most treatments come with aftercare instructions, so please follow these correctly for best results. Unfortunately Children under 10 aren't able to come with you to appointments, this is for their own safety. Lash treatments & brow tints can not be performed on anyone under the age of 16 and adult consent is needed for anyone under the age of 18. Payments can be made by bank transfer or in cash at the appointment.
