We will always discuss prior to your eyelash extension appointment your desired look & do our best to achieve it, however, I want to give you the best service so I will always be honest about whether we're able to safely achieve it. I am qualified in giving you what's safe for your natural eyelashes so we may have to alter your desired look if I feel that what you're asking for is going to cause any damage to your natural lashes.
Not only is it important to have the best treatments but customer service is a must! I am always available to answer any questions you may have & I will always do my best to make sure everything is exactly how you want it.
Everything is clean & sterile in the salon and i'm up to date with all current cleaning & PPE regulations in regards to Covid 19.

We want you to be completely happy with your treatments so if for any reason you aren't happy, please let me know either at the end of your appointment or within 24 hours so I can put right anything you're unhappy with. Most treatments require aftercare & this will be explained to you at the end of your appointment,please follow your aftercare instructions for best results!
